Hello Everyone,

This post will guide through step by step setting up Dynamics CRM Email-Router.

After the installation, first make sure that Email router service is started.

Configuration Profile Tab:

On this tab click on New to create the different profiles.

Incoming profile:

Outgoing Profile:

After creating the basic Incoming and Outgoing profiles the screen will look something similar to this:

Deployment Tab:

Click on new to create the Deployment profile with their access credentials. The default configuration profiles for Incoming and Outgoing can also be set specific to the particular Organization.

You can create for as many organization you want the router to be configured,make sure they are marked Enabled when in use. After this the main screen will look somewhat like

Users,Queues and Forward Mailboxes:

Select your deployment and click on “Load Data”. This will load all the users and queues with Email router configuration Setup in CRM. You can even define the selective Incoming and Outgoing profiles for particular users.

Once everything is set then select on any user and click on test to verify the Router setting.

Once you get the above screen; then you are finally done with the Email router setup. Its better to run the test for all the users for the first time in case any setting missing for particular user.
