In my Previous post I discussed about the usage of the option “Allow other users to send email on your behalf”. On request of many users I’m writing this post as how to make this option visible in Personal settings in their CRM.
In case you are not able too see any options as shown in the below screen:
Then probably your Users Profile settings for “Email access type Incoming/Outgoing” are not set accordingly:
- After you choose the “Email access type – Incoming” as Email Router, in your Personal options you will find the option for “Allow use of Email Credentials” Visible.
- And after you choose the “Email access type – Outgoing” as Email Router, in your Personal options you will find the option for “Allow use of Email Credentials” and “Select whether other users can send email for you” both Visible.
Hope this will clear the Dynamics CRM settings for visibility of the Email Options in Personal Settings.
