Few days back one of my CRM customers started getting the Error in few of their CRM Outlook Client – ‘Stack overflow at line : 0’. This error was popping up when they were trying to Save and Close any task record. Now this was totally a new Error which I haven’t faced till yet.
After trying all the tips and tricks I finally had to contact the Support Engineer who reviewed the error and helped me resolve the issue with the following steps:
1> Updated IE-7 to IE-9.
- Delete all Cache and Cookies in IE; Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Browsing History -> Delete -> Check all the Boxes and Delete
- Delete Internet Temporary Files in IE ; Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Browsing History -> settings -> View files -> Delete
Reason -> All the records are opened through IE
2> Downloaded and Installed Rollup-13.
Note -> This was a known issue and hence was updated in Rollup-13.
All the users who are facing the above mentioned error, Kindly follow the above mentioned 2 steps to rectify the issue.
